Dr. Hayley Huntsman

PT, DPT

Provo & West Jordan, UT

Dr. Hayley graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2017. Her passion for Pelvic Health Physical Therapy began in high school, as she learned about manual treatment of the pelvic floor from a friend who was receiving treatment. Hayley quickly recognized the overwhelming need for pelvic health specialty care, and dedicated her focus in her graduate studies to learning about and seeking opportunities for hands-on practice of pelvic health therapy.

After graduation, Hayley started a Women’s Health Therapy Program where she refined her skills in working with clients experiencing pelvic and abdominal pain, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, perinatal care, and back, hip, and lower extremity pain. Hayley also has a strong background in generalized orthopedic care, as she understands the importance of treating the whole person and not just their specific impairments in order to see the most functional progress.

As she believes strongly in the need for increased awareness of the benefits of pelvic therapy, Hayley has been involved in community programs, spoken at health conferences, hosted booths at health and wellness fairs, and held core and pelvic floor workshops to introduce women and other medical providers to the incredible options for conservative management and improvement of pelvic floor dysfunction through physical therapy.

For Hayley, pelvic health therapy is centered around the hope for feeling comfortable, confident, and capable in our own bodies and being empowered with the knowledge to impart positive, life-changing progress in our lives and relationships in ways we may never imagined were possible. Through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, education, and implementation of wellness strategies, Hayley works with her clients to customize their plan of care and reach their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Hayley enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, kickboxing, spending time with her rabbit Dot, and creating customized designs with her embroidery and vinyl cutting machines. Hayley also works as adjunct faculty teaching Anatomy and Physiology at a nursing college.

Dr. Hayley is providing services at our West Jordan, UT  and Provo, UT locations.

Dr. Betty DeLass

PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

WEST JORDAN, UT

Dr. Betty is the founder and owner of Reborn Pelvic Health & Wellness. She is extremely passionate about changing the standard of care before, during and after pregnancy, because POSTPARTUM IS FOREVER!

Dr. Betty is a world-class pelvic health expert and has built a center of excellence in Utah for pelvic floor physical therapy. She is a physical therapist by trait and has helped 1000s of people throughout her 10+ year career function, feel and move better. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madision in 2012.

Knowing first-hand how difficult it can be to navigate this stage of life, having two children of her own, she wanted to help others get back to living their lives to the fullest without shame or embarrassment about their pelvic health. Unfortunently, more often than not, pelvic dysfunction can lead to postpartum mood disorders, secondary to an inability to get back to activity because of unexpected physical changes, pain, discomfort, leaking, and/or painful intimacy. What if we worked more upstream? What if we worked on preventing dysfunction from happening in the first place? And what if we provided true prehab and rehab to our birthing people? And that was where Reborn was derived out of.

As a doctor of physical therapy, she believes one-on-one care is the best. Because many people do not have access to pelvic rehab, she created The Optimal Vagina: Beyond Kegels to reach more people. You can now start your journey and optimize your vagina in your own home online.

She specializes in treating return to exercise postpartum with endurance sports and athletes. She is also passionate about finding the “why” behind your symptoms, optimizing your body and empowering you to become the expert of your own body so that you can live life to the fullest.

When not at work you can find Dr. Betty hanging out with her husband, two daughters, and two fur-babies (dogs). She also spends her time enjoying endurance sports like, marathon training, triathlon training, lifting weights, hiking, and cross country skiing.

Dr. Betty provides services at our clinic location at 7611 S Jordan Landing Blvd. Suite 130, West Jordan, UT 84084 and provides mobile home visits.

Aryel

Weser

LMT

Massage Therapist

WEST JORDAN, UT

Aryel Weser is a licensed massage therapist within the state of Utah, with a specialty in Neuromuscular Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. In 2016, she received her education from the National Holistic Institute in Sacramento, California where she completed the 900-hour core massage therapy training and the 450-hour Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy program. During the course of her studies, she found a passion for clinical-style massage. She opened her own practice in California where she saw a vast array of ailments and myofascial dysfunctions. During this time, she discovered her passion for addressing the needs of those who have experienced pregnancy and birth and found that many go without any form of prenatal preparation or postpartum rehabilitation. Having seen many injuries and clients experiencing pain, she felt that lumbopelvic health was often under-addressed, or forgotten about entirely. She noticed the lack of acknowledgment in the massage community for this particular time period and became very passionate about educating and treating those with pelvic floor dysfunction.

Aryel's full title is that of Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator, she has always been drawn towards acquiring education and information, as well as sharing her knowledge of health and wellness with the world around her. In an effort to accomplish this goal, she has completed a wide array of allied health training programs throughout her life; including her Associate's degree in Kinesiology obtained from Butte Community College in 2020, her certification as a Stretch and Flexibility Coach from the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine in 2022, an ROP program in sports medicine while in high school certifying her in acute injury treatment from 2012, and other certificates in continuing education courses such as pain management and Runner's Knee, and more. Aryel believes that learning is a lifelong journey and continues to acquire as much information about the human body to give her clients the best care possible.

Aryel provides services at our clinic location at 7611 S Jordan Landing Blvd. Suite 130, West Jordan, UT 84084.
